2016 年、在日イタリア商工会議所は、
日本とイタリア間の国交樹立150 周年を記念し、今までに類を
見ない大規模なイベントを開催することを決定しました。イタリアが誇るファッションやジュエリーのハイブランドから、日本人が大好きなイタリア料理、車やバイク、そして登録数世界一のユネスコ世界遺産。イタリアの美しさ、素晴らしさを訪れる全ての方を対象に紹介します。また、特設ステージではイタリアより本国を代表するミュージシャンを招き、今回限定のライブパフォーマンスを皆様にお届けします。

2016年は日伊国交樹立150周年にあたる記念すべく年です。正式には1866年8月25日に樹立されました。しかし、そのはるか昔、1271-1288年にはイタリア人探検家のマルコ・ポーロがジパング（当時の日本国名）を訪れ、「豊かで且つ独立した大きな島国」と語りました。これに反して、初めてイタリアを訪れた日本人はマンシオ伊藤であり、1585年にローマ教皇、グレゴリウス8世に歓迎されました。その後、いくつもの遠征により、やがて友好関係が確立され相互的なインスピレーションが生まれました。その代表的な例がプッチーニの日本オペラ、「蝶々夫人」です。今日では日伊両国間には互いの文化に対する情熱があります。それらを総称したのが本イベントのタイトルである、「イタリア・アモーレ・ミオ！」です。

Background: 2016 marks the 150
th anniversary of the relationship between Italy and Japan, officially inaugurated on August 25
th, 1866. Long before that between 1271-1288 Italian explorer Marco Polo arrived in what he called at the time Zipangu “an independent big island filled with richness”. On the other hand, the first Japanese visitor to Italy was Mancio Ito in 1585 who was received by Pope Gregory VIII. Many other expeditions followed paving the road to a long lasting friendship and mutual inspiration, the Japanese Opera represented by Madame Butterfly by Puccini is just one example. Today Italy and Japan share a mutual passion in each other cultures, which we have summarized in the title name of this event: Italia, amore mio!
In occasione del 150esimo anniversario delle relazioni bilaterali tra Italia e Giappone, la Camera di Commercio Italiana in Giappone (ICCJ) porta il meglio dell’Italia nella piazza principale di Tokyo per un evento elettrizzante di due giornate. Dai brand del lusso e del design, alla cultura, food, vino e musica tutto quello che rende l’Italia un Paese speciale in display.

Background: il 2016 segna il 150esimo anniversario delle relazioni tra l’Italia e il Giappone ufficialmente inaugurate il 25 agosto 1866. Il primo contatto risale in realtà al 1271-1288 in occasione della spedizione di Marco Polo, arrivato in una “grande isola indipendente e ricca di possibilità” che chiamò Zipangu. Il primo giapponese invece ad approdare in Italia fu Mancio Ito, che nel 1585 venne ricevuto da Papa Gregorio VIII. Molte altre spedizioni sono seguite a queste creando un ponte di amicizia tra i due Paesi, l’Opera giapponese rappresentata dalla Madame Butterfly di Puccini è un esempio di questa contaminazione. Oggi Italia e Giappone condividono una passione reciproca nelle rispettive culture che noi abbiamo voluto sintetizzare con il titolo di questo evento: Italia, amore mio!
